Had to let you know about our little GT4 get together for the Auto Italia meet at the old Brooklands motor course today. We had a great "concentration run" first thing with 4 GT4's (and a Mondial, TR, 328 and 246) and there were at least 3 other GT4's at the meet as well. It was the most I'd seen out and about.
There are lots of pics of other exotica on the UK forum posts including a replica Jota Miura, Koenigseggeggeggegg (I know its not Italian)...:)

The GT4s all look great. The only down side to the photos is that we, in the US, are reminded how good the design looked before our government morons had the crash bumpers put on. :(

I used to think that as well ... not quite so anymore.
From certain angles, Ok, but from others, the US bumpers
    actually make things better.

Yes it was. As we've said elsewhere, we should do it again. I've got Peter's (maroon) details and a fella called Doug who is finnishing off his GT4 refurb as we speak. So me, David, Dan, Peter, Doug (and JeffQV as honoury GT4 member elect 'cos we like him), that's a good turn out. Anyone want to start a suggestion box for locations, dates etc?

It seems I'm the only GT4 owner around here. I'm sure there must be more but I never see them. This would have been fun. It looks from the bumpers and the plates it was someplace I could not attend though. Good to see a few GT4's out at the same time.

Kurtis - as I said in the intro. it was at the famous old circuit at Brooklands in leafy but rather crowded Surrey. Bit of a way for you!
www.brooklands.org.uk will give you some history if you're interested.

Sorry, I see its at the Real Surry in the U.K. There is actually a Surry B.C. a bit to the north or me. :D I have unfortunately never heard of the Brooklands track before. I'm just an ignorant yank I suppose. It still looks like a good time to me! And all the cars look great. Allthough I am a bit biased since I have a 78'. Alas, sorry for my confusion. I truely met no disrespect.
