Ceramic brakes are notoriously noisy at creeping speeds.

I doubt it. You cant really coat ceramic brakes... Maybe you are talking about the hardened steel brakes on Porsches, which indeed come with a special coating giving them a shiny finish?

It's over accumulated break dust that is causing the squeak 99% of the time. Take your wheels off and use compressed air to blow off any break dust residue around the caliper & pads. I've tried this trick with all my cars including Ferraris and it almost works all of the time.

Wash the brake rotors with car soap and flushing them and the calipers real good with water. This will fix the sequel for a while. It’s the brake dust.

Also, If you use tire dressing only spray it on your tire dressing sponge, away from the rotors and wipe on tire. Never ever spray tire dressing on the tire and get the dressing on the rotors. Tire dressing and carbon ceramic rotors do not mix well.
