I think that is the idea, like a “distressed” new leather jacket or stone “washed” new jeans. Both fashion disasters in my book though subjetctive obviously. I like patina to be real though I concede that takes time and in a car develops unevenly, usually starting with the drivers outer seat bolster.

I don't think fiorano is triple layer, but it is a historical color. Rosso 70 anni is triple and it is +$30k on an 812, the fiorano is +$12k
