GTC4Lusso Window Switch Replacement - Anyone DIY?

Has anyone replaced the window switch in your Lusso? My passenger switch is loose/broken and hard to operate. I contacted the dealer, and they want $1800 to replace it. They told me its an updated pack because apparently this is a known issue.

I looked on scuderia parts and the window module is $213 and the switches are $35 each (I have attached a screenshot of the parts I found). I also looked at the service manual and it seems like the tunnel has to come out, but in another part of the manual it seems like only the cupholder area has to come out. I was just wondering if anyone has done this work and if the whole tunnel really needs to come out. Thank you in advance.
