Looking at photos on-line I'm seeing various ride height of GTE's out there. Our 250 rides extremely high in comparisons to most of them. What are owners doing to get there cars to a more appealing stance? Are there aftermarket springs available? Appreciate any thoughts or suggestions. Best, Robert
Check Tom Yang's website for information. I had the springs re-arched on my 1962 GTE. The article and pictures are in the following link. Revisiting 250 GTE Rear springs and ride height - www.tomyang.net
Mine may not be the answer you're looking for, but with all due respect, perhaps the focus should be on correct instead of "appealing" ride height. At least it would be more beneficial for driving enjoyment purposes. Do you by chance have the specs for correct ride height in your owners or service manuals ? If not and nobody here can provide it (sorry, I don't have it either) you might try contact Tom Wilson or Kerry Chesbro. Both are members here, former as "epdowd" and latter as "330gt". They might have the info or direct you to where needed.
