I am looking to put a used 18mm GTS rear sway bar into my GT4. Besides having to replace the bushings, sources anyone ?, is it otherwise any exact fit, or are there any other problems I should expect. Ate the threaded ends the same diameter or am I also going to need different end bushings too?

If you have done this to your GT4 what were the results.
    thanks

Just get the bushings for a GTS and it will bolt right in.

A few tips. The short end links on the GTS/GTB are aluminum. A nice upgrade on the GT4.

Also, the front swaybar from a Mondial is 22mm. You can make this work on the 308's, but you need to get the end links, the bushings, and the mounting brackets.

    Cal,

Ive done this. I remember I had a little bit of a problem with the bushings in the drop link but the larger bushings fit in the chassis fine. Cant remember will look up to see what I did. here are some pics.

I think it give the car a bit steady handling. I have not tracked the car but it seems like an improvement to me save the old bar!!!

After looking at the pics I think the new black bushings did not fit and I had to squeeze the larger metal sleeve into the gray bushing. I frown upon everyone modifying the GT4;s but this is something easy to reverse....
