GTS & Spider Comparison

Can anyone tell me how different the GTS & spider are when driving.
Does the GTS feel as much as a 'real' convertible as the spider, when the roof is off?
Is engine noise louder with either?
Would you say the targa cars offer the real 'wind in your hair' sensation, or do you really need the spider for that?
Also, what different problems occur with each roof if used in the bad weather? (I will be using mine all year round)
