My next stop would have been Marcos but I can't think of a single headlight one

 

The company had big hopes for this car. In the end, I think only 50 where produced before the project was cancelled

I just found it, it was a Caterham 21 after all! Very rare breed!

 

I saw this car when it was released at one of the UK motor shows. Birmingham I think. Very pretty car.

If I remember Catterham 21 is still hand made, similar to TVR, Morgan and MG-TC.. Interesting car for sure!

Looks small so, maybe, Japanese kei car? If you squint it might be a take on the 60's Honda or Datsun roadsters.
