    I was going to say 737. The mass balance is a giveaway. Then the Navy paint color suggested a P8.

    Seems to me if ever there was an aircraft that was ill suited for its mission, it is this one.

    Towing a MAD at 200 ft low and slow is absolutey absurd in that aircraft.

    The P3 made a lot of sense, they shut down the two outboard engines and it did the job perfectly. The time on station with the P8 has got to be horrible. Yea, I know, it gets there fast, but the ASW mission begs for an airplane that is efficient low and slow and the P8 aint it.....
