Tokyo, for sure with those modifications ....... living there, i often find myself cringing at the changes made by owners!

 

Look like Japanese plates? Although Japan drives on the left most of the vehicles in the photo's appear to be LHD models.

 

In Japan, most collectors of European brand sports cars in particular, tend to go for LHD vehicles..... some sort of status thing, so i have been informed.
