    Last week I got back into the game! a 1994 348 spider, rossa corsa over black interior. Has 3 piece speedline wheels, upgraded pedals and shift knob, and even got a set of test pipes and the wrench (purchased from Ricambi) to lower the suspension.. The car has all the books, manuals, keys, toolkit with a full tire inflator, AND...all the records from every owner in a laminated binder. Car is due for a major which was obviously factored into the price...I bought it from a fellow F-chatter, Wingfeather.... He was nice enough to take the car 2 hours away to another Fchatter, Adam, who did the PPI for me. Very thorough... Took pics throught the whole process... Tested compression in each cylinder which came out under acceptable tolerances...Car has 51k miles, so as you can imagine, I got a spectacular deal!! I don't mind disclosing the price, as long Tom is ok with it...Tom (wingfeather) was also one of the nicest guys I have ever met! Anyway, after almost a year of being out of the game, its good to be back!

    Nightlife, I was out of a Ferrari for just over two years ... in that time I had a truly wonderful classic 911 Carrera and a second TVR Griffith 500, but it was always just treading water until I could replace the Ferrari.

    There is something very special about knowing you have a Ferrari in the garage, and I honestly think only a Lamborghini could match it for feelings of well being ... or possibly an Aston. It is like there is a big hole in your life, not crucial in the big scheme of things, but niggling all the same.

    We have a guy local to me that has bought a beauty 355 Spider at only 24. He is worried that if they want to move, or start a family, he will have to sell, but at least he has had the experience. I have told him to hang on to the car if at all possible and try to work around it because he will always regret letting it go and he may never get chance to buy another one.

    I bought all the other cars in the 2nd to the last pic within the last year.... I think subconciously I was trying to replace the Ferrari....As you can tell, it didn't work. BTW, Im a night life guy as well.
