    I do not see the brace rule going into effect as ATF wants, it has been challenged and I think will go away. They have no right to make laws or allow 10 million people one day to use a brace, only to turn around and tell people no, doesn't work that way

    That was my first suspicion.
    We have a gun dealer in DFW that popped-up a few years ago with such heavy radio* advertising and low prices, but only carrying the most "bubba desirable" arms**/ammo that I quickly pegged it as a BATF operation.

    * radio is all I'm aware of, since I don't watch nitwerk TV
    ** conspicuous absence of Steyr, Walther, HK, FN, etc., which I found when I called about those
