If you are using a mighty mouse, right click on the image and select open in new window. That should open preview or whatever is your default image viewer (mine is photoshop) and put the image in there.

Congrats on the macbook pro. That's a nice box.

    regards

For the right click on the touchpad, hold down the ctrl key to the left of the option key and that will give you the right click menu.

    enjoy

Highly recommend picking up an Apple mouse to go with it..... It has all the buttons you are used to with a regular Windows PC mouse and also the squeeze functionality and the scroll wheel/ball that goes all directions. The batteries in my bluetooth model will last a couple weeks and even when it gives you low battery warnings it will keep working for a few more days. The price is a bit high (~70 for bluetooth) but then none of the Apple stuff is cheap. The biggest real complaint I have is that the (infrared?) laser system does not work nearly as well as the good old red lasers on all types of surfaces.

I used to use my iBook as my primary before i got an iMac and I loved the 2-finger scrolling, I couldn't understand why no one had thought of it before.
