I think a lot of people didn't give him credit after the last attempt/fiasco for an American team by Peter Windsor. BTW, did anyone get their toaster?

I expect them to finish ahead of manor. They may even give Sauber a run for their money (haven't a clue what they're doing...not even a new car yet!).

Who would've thought that just a couple of years ago...

I hope they do well. I ran HASS CNC. machines and liked them.

    Cool!

Isn't 'he' the biggest supplier in the world these days?

IIRC, Used to be Matsu****a, but I'm outta touch.

His outfit certainly seems to be kicking ass!

    Cheers,
    Ian
PS - gotta love the profanity filter on occasion. ;)

I think they're far away from the top. The Japanese still dominate the CNC market, Mori Seiki, Toyoda, Mazak, etc. Happy to see Haas off to such a good start though.

I'm not entirely sure how much of the car is 'Haas.' It seems that a lot of whatever isn't purchased from Ferrari is developed and manufactured by Dallara. At this point the Haas part may more of the operational side. Nonetheless I think they're being smart about it.

It's a shame to see what's happened to Sauber. They still have some of the best facilities from the BMW period but the team seems to be quite poorly managed.

Say what you will about Haas.
    But the car looks amazing
They have a great team of drivers
and they are looking very respectable for a first year team.
