That would be a job for Cadillac, their sponsor.
But I can't imagine GM starting work in a PU before the Andretti entry in F1 is secured.
So in the meantime, Andretti Global (if accepted) would have to outsource their PU.

Alpine has re-opened its offer to supply Andretti if they ever show to the grid.

I heard that, and it's possible it could happend.
I don't know how Andretti will reconcile being a GM-supported team, and having Renault engines on their cars.

The premise was on the grid in 2025. Thats the issue. The greater issue with FOM and Liberty dont have to move on this at all if ever. So why would Cadillac build a motor. They 'say' they will. Sure. With what investment that they can lose if Andretti are further delayed if they ever get on the grid at all. Alpine is 80% of the projected car as it stands now. PU /chassis etc.

Yes he has a 'right' and is utterly responsible for continued underfunding and failing to develop to compete. He is better off not saying anything else at all.

Gene Haas right to be ‘embarrassed’ over F1 results, says Komatsu
Gene Haas’s claims that his squad’s performances in Formula 1 were “embarrassing” have been backed by his new team principal Ayao Komatsu.

So Hamilton signs for Ferrari and nobody cares about Haas' new car?

Looks like a Red Bull clone. I bet it won't be the only one.

I hope it's one of the teams that will go bankrupt real soon. Will serve as a lesson to those arrogant and greedy pricks in the paddock.

Just as the Hamilton move to Ferrari was always just a matter of when...and always sooner than later, The Cadillac Andretti forces will buy Haas and before the 2024 season is half over.

It may well happend, but Gene Haas shouldn't be forced to sell. If he does, he should gets lot of money for it.
    I hope he doesn't ! I rather like that team !

The higher the rumored price that Haas turns down, the more it smells like he's negotiating his exit.

So happy for Haas today !
This results demonstrated again that the Ferrari rear suspension is a good step forward in terms of race pace and tyres wear.

Guenter is a sleazy rat. it was always going to end like this no matter which team he worked for.
    Toto is probably coaching him.
Guenter was in a position he never should have had to begin with and made more money than he deserved.

The guy has a second life due to Netflix. Value is measured in millions now Im hearing. For him to not be a great team leader, Haas kept him a long time. Could not have been terrible. No matter the boss is Gene and is responsible for longevity of his executive staff. Not Steiners fault lol.
