My back has always ached since a high-speed fall when I was 16 and racing (Far West, loved GS). Had Xrays that showed arthritis. Had an MRI with the following:

"At L5-SI, there is a disk space desiccation and a broad disk buldge containing an annular fissure (At least my Googling told that is a fracture). This produced early narrowing of the anteroinferior of the neural foramina without nerve root compression".

I could probably understand it it Spanish better! Maybe there is a back pro here that can tell me if I'm going to live another month:D

FWIW, that's a not an uncommon problem area. My friend(orthopaedic surgeon) doesn't have L4L5S1 on his license tag for nothing.... :)

I think it's pretty clear that he's recommending breast implants.

Depending on your age nothing looks to be horrible. The annular tear can cause pain secondary to inflammation, and the stenosis ( narrowing of the canal ) may cause problems in the future. Decreased disc space happens as we age especially in the lumbar spine, and the discs become less "hydrated". I'm curious as to how old you are? You need to pay close attention to bending mechanics and sitting postures or your problems will continue to progress.
