Well go to the 'Bay and search for "SHARP FERRARI".

Then check completed listings for the nicer of the two..... you'd think these were made out of Heroin.

That's the GX25, which I think is the cheap one. Lemme dig some more, there's one that's got like a 2,0 megapixel camera.. etc...

That's the 903 IIRC and is megabucks.

It'll work perfectly here if yo have T-Mobile, if you have Cingular make sure you live in an Area where they have 1900 MhZ... IIRC it's a tri-band, not a quad band so it doesn't have 850 MhZ.

Excuse my ignorance but how would I find out what type of mhz my area supports. I do have Cingular but I'm planning on switching to T-Mobile anyways since they're really starting to aggrovate me.

    Forza,

    Kevin,

In the US there's 2 bands used by GSM Carriers, 850MhZ and 1900 MhZ. Cingular uses both bands, in some areas they are 850 only. T-Mobile uses 1900 exclusively but does allow for some roaming on Cingular 850MhZ as both carriers have roaming agreements.

That being said, my normal phone with T-Mobile is a T-Mobile branded Motorola V600 (With 850 MhZ disabled, I am too lazy to enable it) and I have never had a coverage problem. I will say that where I am (NJ/NY and FL) that T-Mobile works fine for me. In North Jersey it works better for me than Cingular.

I believe it's California where you want the 850 if you're with Cingular.

They also have a killer airtime deal at the moment, $47 for 1,000 mins and free nights/weekends with a 1-year contract versus 2 years with everyone else.

    Hope this helps!

    Bill

I'm telling you I got both phones
    and they are Fantastic...Just perfect..

The Sharp902 is a 3G phone and I was able to do Video calls
when I was in Greece...Its big but it does take 2.0mpixel photos.I love the preinstaled game Ferrari Experience3D
By the way that phone was given free to me by Vodafone as my phonecalls was high up..(1000-2000 Euros every month)
The SharpGX25(small one)is as good but with less futures and less things to play..

    I love them both

Does it have BlueTooth technology? And, I thought in Europe that the caller paid for a call to a cell number and not the cell phone owner?

THIS is the phone you really want:

Given to the owner of a 360 who went to Maranello to pick up the car. Allegedly it can be only used to talk to the F1 team directly. Nice gadget.

Si non e vero e bon trovato.

    Bill,

Thanks! Your help and input is greatly appreciated. I just bought a t-mobile line so now I have both t-mobile and cingular. I'm going to look into purchasing this phone soon and I'll keep you all updated if I get it.

    Forza,
    Kevin
