From what I've seen, Tokyo Narita seems to be about the worst for persistent crosswind landings.

 

here is 7 hours of high wind landings at Heathrow (commentary is hilarious) from the other day, some are really close, a A380 had 2 or 3 go arounds:

That would be weird. Can't let it settle, have to fly it down to the ground.
