Admittedly Lewis doesn't have the wit of Vettel, the swagger of Irvine or the mercurial air of Alesi, but are the judgements a bit harsh ? 'Lewis Hamilton KILLED TFI Friday': Viewers' brutal verdict on 'boring, dull and door-like' F1 driver - Mirror Online
I thought The Mirror and The Daily Mail (aka "The Daily Fail") were distinct from one another. All the best, Andrew.
So what's new...everyone knows he's a boring character.....he is a lot more interesting inside thye car than out, and this is what should count for f.1 fans....
a few of us watched the show together. The show itself was good, although Hamilton seemed flat and dissipated some of the studio energy, despite Chris Evan's skills in keeping things buoyant. Maybe Hamilton was just tired or hungover.
Not being familiar with this show but familiar with Chris Evans as being the "British Howard Stern" and the guy who turned the McLaren F-1 market upside down, what is Hamilton supposed to do, come out sing, dance and do ventriloquism? BHW
Well I thought he was okay, considering the slap dash format the show takes...car chat Ferrari's, bit of Topgear chat, music, bit of insanity, all good in my book. Horses for courses, maybe I need to get some slippers and a pipe...
He's likeable when interviewed or talking about his car collection and he does some terrific stuff for charity, but I'm not drawn to either his style as a presenter or the content of his shows. All the best, Andrew.
No it won't..... It'll degenerate into the same pissing match between the usual suspects as pretty much every other thread around here these days. Cheers, Ian
