To all of the owners out there, is the type of wax, and the way its applied influence your decision on who will detail your car, I will be offering soon a full Zymol hand applied wax treatment to my customers and would like to get some feedback on what high end car owners really want. I would like to thank you in advance for your participation.

    Thanks Steve

In my experience as a detailer there are some owner who are really picky about whats used. They base it mostly on experiences they've had with a certain product which is fine. BUT hand applied or microfiber applied isn't going to change the end look of the car all that much. Wax can add some depth to paint and protection, but the prep work in making the paint look correct is where you really make your money. IMO the rest are just gimmicks. Like $7000 Zymol wax. There's no REAL need for it but some people want it used so they can say they use it.

If your clientele are all members of the more money than brains club, you will do well with that service.
