I took the day off work to go to the cricket.

But seeing the series is already lost I decided stay home in the cool, drink scotch and watch it on TV.

BBQ lamb later.

Just got into HongKong from Taipei.......Cracking open my beer on the bus to Discovery Bay........

Yeah, I can imagine mate.

All that crap is good until you have it, then it gets boring.

A rich guy will be just as bored as a poor guy, once the rich guy has done everything he has wanted to do and purchased everything he wants etc.

The jet setting life is good for someone like myself who doesn't do it, but for someone that does it like yourself you are over it.

Same for everything, but it's all good hey. All in moderation they reckon. Would be nice to be able to do a little bit of everything in life, some people can't get it done unfortunately.

 

Like anything in life Pap.......You think the grass is always greener until you get there and reality sets in.......

 

Yep, see it all the time when blokes leave the mining game thinking it's always greener down the road......................they always come back and do another few years lol.
