Hello Friends, Thank you for another fine year. Among life's greatest rewards, is to have the best wishes of those you have met along the way. I wish you all health, happiness, harmony, peace and prosperity in the coming year. Sincerely, Bill
I second Bill's comments! Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all my new friends and your families! May you enjoy many long cruises this coming year!
Last year at this time I was given the best gift of my life... cause she said yes. I pop up on this chat site when Im on hold or waiting for trucks related to my job. At first it was a good way to kill time instead of buying more Oakleys online. In the amount of time spent here and meeting you all in person, I have grown to respect and even like some of you. Though I have changed a lot in the years, I have my health and the only other thing I could ever want in being the trust of my wife. This Christmas I want to thank all of you for growing into something more than just a funny chat room name and would only hope this Xmas fills up and rewards everyone else that I know. Not to get too sappy but I hope some get a sweet call/talk from their daughter, others glow in the smile of their son opening his present, those who are far from home realize they have friends here, those who are going through Xmas for the first time without someone realize they are watching from above with pride. Most importantly I pray that the only gift I know is assured is that each of you are healthy and happy and that we will all see each other next year with the same great enthusiasm shown at every event. Everyone I met here comes from all walks of life. No matter who you are, where you're from, even what you drive I just hope for a few days you feel as happy as can be. From my perspective your great sense of community deserves a few days of smiles. Merry Christmas, RocketBoy PS: But if anyone is in the giving mood for something more than well wishes, and since Im broke, a new Maranello would be nice. Hey, throw in that Daytona at Conti for Rick while you're at it. Santa, you listening?
Went to dad's and started the 308. Went to Continental, D&M motorsports, and Fox Valley. The 360 Challenge Stradale is awesome! How long must we suffer? Everyone have a great holiday! We only have ~4 months to go! (boo hoo).
Merry Christmas!!! and a Very Happy and Prosperous New Year to ALL!!! Got my kids everything they wanted, so now it's my turn. I want the "Liposuction for Dummies" home liposuction book. Thats all.... I am off to sunny Phoenix for a week. Man, it's brutal down there! Forecast is Mid to high 70's all week maybe even an 80 or Two. But, after suffering through those Zero and below Zero with Wind Chill days last week. The mid to high 30's into the 40's here seem downright balmy! I was outside today with only a T-shirt and Shorts watching my kids shovel off the rest of the snow from my Driveway.... I'll check in periodically from the Hotel. Do Ferrari sightings in Phoenix/Scottsdale count for "Winter 05/06 Spotted"?.... Rocketboy. Isn't your Dad's candy company called "CandyTech"? My kids and I have been enjoying the Advent calenders from there. When you open up the little window every morning. You get a nice little piece of Chocolate to start the day with. We get them every year.
Bill I could have used this earlier! Well the health part....I just got back from Minnesota, which turned out to be the worst Xmas ever! All of us got the Flu with in 12hrs of each other(thursday), and we decided to come home today instead of risking giving it to all our other family, especially the kids and elders. Whatever the strain was, it spread fast! 6 of us out of commision for a day or so...1st time we have ever spent Xmas in our own house! Oh well.....What are the ****ing odds?!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Years to all of my new friends. And Santa please listen to Rocketboy for my sake. Daddy wants a new toy, I'll even leave extra cookies tonight!
I am sorry, I must have gotten you with a BB virus. I've been sick for the last week, some might argue much, much longer! Hope you all get well quick, say hi to all and express my best wishes. Bill
Hey Bill. I hope that you feel better soon! We are out here in Sunny Phoenix Arizona. Nice dry Weather in the 70's. Sounds like you could use that kind of Weather. There is a Harley Dealership out here called "Buddy Stubbs Harley Davidson". Buddy was an old time Flat Tracker with those XR750's and XR1000's. They just rebuilt a new building this past Spring. We were out here when they had their Grand Re-Opening,but,ungfotunately,did not stop by. As,Evil Knievel was there,(an old Friend of Buddy's) an was signing Autographs. Anyway. My Uncle John, who lives out here, and an old time Biker from the 60's and '70's. Told me that they have an Old Motorcycle Museum in the new building. He said that on one floor, they have mostly 'Limeys". And on another floor, old American bikes. We are going to stop by there and I'll get some pix. Should be cool.
To all you Ferraistis and F-chatters: MERRY EVERTHING !!!! (including a prosperous, healthy New Year ! Helmut & Gisela
