I have hard and stiff clutch now because the PO of my car had the clutch replace with the pressure plate from the Daytona V12. I had the car for ten years now and frankly, I've gotten use to it.

Are you aware of Ferrari's recommended fix / mod for the early clutches?

My stiff clutch was because the release bearing was fitted dry and had eventually made a ridge on the input shaft....rubbing down input shaft to remove trhe ridge was only cure

Unfortunately I dont have any pics

There is another cause of stiff clutch on RHD cars but dont know if the OP has RHD as no profile.

RHD cars have a cross-shaft with two bearings which can dry out.
