    If you need replacement straps like for the trunk area or luggage rack, I found a fantastic source. Two Redbirds, [email protected]. They made me some trunk straps for my 599 that are perfect, the price was right and took less than a week to get. Contact there is Randy Kroupa. 512 520 7838.

    Guys on the 360/430 have been using Redbirds. In fact one of the FChat members is related to RB and asked them to start supplying them. Have heard nothing but good things about their replacement straps.
    If it wasn’t such a pain, I’d be replacing mine, one of which is hanging on by a thread…

    I ordered a set for my 360 including the extra pieces for the spare tie set. They were perfect.
    Installation was cumbersome for a wannabe mechanic like myself. You have to drill out the old rivets and then re-rivet them to the carpeted trunk pieces. A good project that won’t disable the car if you foul it up a bit along the way!
