Has Anybody Heard of "LA Luxury Auto Brokers"?

I saw that the other day. The 599 they have listed is/was owned by a FCer and was already used in a craigslist scam once. That is not to say this new dealer is a scammer by any means but a good place to start would be to ping jeffb and see if he did business with them or knows who did. His was not an '08 IIRC and the pictures are in front of his house.

 

Look in the 599/612 section for an applicable thread.

This fraud has been bounced around for a while now.

 

these guys are scammers...they have advertised cars on cars.com,ebay and other sites....while using various wilshire blvd addresses for offices that dont exist..they were using a buildings address on wilshire in Koreatown last year.guess they moved uptown to BH!the large building at 9025 Wilshire has many offices and several that do mail/po boxes etc...they steal pictures/content from other advertisements on the web and throw their ads out there..please note that the majority of pics have completely different backgrounds (ive seen many of the cars posted right now are using pics from dealers i know personally etc)..and cmon an enzo for 888k??your clients getting played and advise them DO NOT send/pay a deposit of any kind!!)

 

I wouldn't mind the DBS for $191k.

I just caught wind of these scammers as well. They have several of my cars as well - using my descriptions, photos, VIN, etc! I called Cars.com and told them about my cars and I also said the prices listed were well below wholesale and I would buy every car in their inventory (they currently have 19 cars listed) - the rep told me "they would look into it"! No wonder I don't advertise with cars.com anymore! If anyone recognizes any of the other photos contact cars.com so they might speed up removing them off of their site!

I did receive a response from cars.com regarding my cars and LA Luxury Auto Brokers and have included it in this post - if anyone else has their cars posted by these guys please let cars.com know. They did only choose vehicles which I have sold recently - nothing that is current on my site!
