Has anyone mounted rear speakers in a 355? Good idea or too much sound for the cabin?
Not sure how different the rear interior is between the 348 & 355, but the previous owner mounted speaker boxes behind each seat. I think they help to complete the sound space... without them, the sound only comes from the front of the car. But that is just my opinion. I used to drive a car with 18 speaker 5.1 Surround sound... so my eara are spoiled.
My F355 spider has speakers in the stock locations w/10" sub under the bonnet, it sounds awesome!! Though I think the PPI amp, MBquart speakers and passive crossover may have something to do with it .
