    Just curious if anyone has painted the lower trim on their full-body colored BBi Boxers the matte black finish. I sure do like that color combo :)

    Would boxer trim paint applied on a non-optioned car also affect the resale value?

    my car came that way, you can see it in m y profile. i dont think it hurts value either way.

    IMHO, the solid color looks better than the black lower trim...but, different strokes for different folks I suppose...

    I've always liked the black trimmed boxers. For some reason a darker lower body improves the lines and styling of the car.

    I specifically looked for a Boxer that was originally all one color. As previously stated, different strokes. I just do not like the black belly on the car. In fact, if all I could have found was a two tone, I probably would have had it repainted the solid color.

    If one decided to repaint the boxer trim black, are the rocker panels removable for paint, or are they part of the main shell?

    me to white over black,reminds me of a Aussi Ford Falcon GT i had.
