I am trying to decide between MyRicambi and Fabspeed— Fabspeed 5 0c (excluding water tank) is ~$4,400 and MyRicambi 6pc kit is ~$6315– is the quality/OEM weave of the latter worth the difference in $$? Anyone have either? Thanks for any informed opinions.

I have posted this pic of my Pista with the Ricambi pieces before as the subject came up. Believe same fit for the F8. The MyRicambi come with the original type information stickers. The Ferrari service tech thought they were OEM.

There is a somewhat recent thread on this, I did the MyRicambi pieces too. Pros- factory stickers, Cons- you have to remove your seals from your OEM parts and transfer them.

I like the idea of the factory stickers for sure!! And the transfer of seals doesn’t seem too much of a prob, right? Pretty easy? The Fabspeed ones have their own seals/gaskets?

No it’s not hard. I’ve been told Dennis can probably get new factory seals too, I’d inquire about that at MyRicambi.

I changed my seals without issue. You can also order them thru your local Ferrari dealer.

Why would I need new seals though? Don't they just slide/peel off the old and re-attach to the new ones? Or are you guys speaking of older cars where maybe they're damaged or dried out or broken?

Mine had enough adhesive to be able to detach from the old ones and adhere to the new carbon pieces. So I used the ones that came with the car,

The seals have adhesive on them. Myricambi provides the options to get them with the covers, which I'd recommend. The products from them are quality, and 100% match the OEM pattern.
