Has anyone replaced their ancillary belt themselves by chance on the FF? There does not look like there is much room and would need to remove the cross-member. I am just looking for guidance on anyone that's successfully done it.

Well this is definitely one of the more involving belt changes I have done. The intakes, ecu and a cross member need to come out to get this done. Fun times. Going to also do the tensioner while I am in there and hope I don't have to repeat this until another 50k miles.

Just looked through the WSM. Kudos to you. It looks like a total b**** of a job.

It is indeed a *****. Just got to the belt and tensioner. It was much harder job than I anticipated and I am not even done. I would hate to see what Ferrari would charge for it and the carnage they would likely leave behind. I am curious if it would be possible to get it on from the bottom. It would be a bit of an art but much easier I think then what I did.
