Has anyone seen the black 348ts Speciale @ Ferrari of Denver?

    ... or does anyone want to go take a look at it? It's been there since April, I believe. They're sending me hi-res pics soon but a impartial observer would be helpful -- just would like to hear your opinion on the condition of the car (both overall and looking at it closely) -- obviously you can't tell mechanical things but it's hard to determine the condition from 2,000 miles away.

    So if anyone has seen it or wants to stop by Ferrari of Denver and take a look for me, please let me know!

    Actually, I like the 348 better in black. I looked at this car a couple times. Nice condition with a few small blemishes. Seats are still soft and have no tears or split seams. There are a few stone chips and very light scratches on the front end and hood. Didn't drive it, but the engine sounds healthy and exhaust note is better than standard 348ts. If I'm remembering right, it's not a local car, but something that FoD went looking for... Derek, help me out here. Derek at FoD can fill in the history.
    Anyway, I liked the car very much, but thought it was still a bit overpriced at $70k (end of the summer, don't know price now). Hope this helps. -m

    They dropped the price down a couple of times. I see it is now a asking of $62500. I too like the 348 in black.

    I can tell you Garret did a helluva job on the paint. Last time I saw it, it looked like glass. I actually had a customer stop by the store and mention that car specifically. He too was impressed.

    Thanks for the replies! I've been communicating with Bill at FoD about the car. He sent me some hi-res pics of the car and it looks very nice. I'm deciding between it and another car... trying to make up m mind...
