Well one thing he wasn't thinking of is the signing bonus that will disappear when he blows out his knee missing the pool. Or maybe that was all he was thinking about, but he easily succumbs to peer pressure. lol.
I've seen videos of people doing that, only to end up as a quadriplegic or smash their face onto the ground. Psycho T is now fully living up to his nickname.
A regular diving board is about three feet off the water. Perhaps you meant the high-dive that some pools have? If so, the height might not be much different, but the depth of the pool sure is.
That is a possibility. Tons of people screw up their backs every year jumping into shallow water, let alone end up paralyzed. We've all done stupid stunts, but most of us didn't have a possible career in the Pro's staring us in the face.
Crazy, much worse than Rothslisberger and the motorcycle incident IMO. I guess I'm expected to hate Hansbrough since I go to Duke, but still, what was he thinking, and into an ABOVE ground pool no less.
