According to HobbyLink Japan, Hasegawa is re-releasing their 1/24-scale plastic kits of the 328 GTB and GTS and the 348 tb and ts. The first two represent the '86-'88 configuration with concave wheels, while the 348s appear to be '90 models with the black trim along the bottom.

The four kits will each retail for 3000 yen, which translates to about $25.35 at current exchange rates, although HobbyLink has a pre-order special price of 2850 yen. They show October availability in Japan.

Hasegawa's website shows them as "limited editions" which may imply availability for a short time only; I doubt if the kits will have any new features.

If you missed them the last time around, you're going to get another chance.

That's great news for 1/24 scale fans. Hasegawa's 328 kits are among the best Ferraris offered in this scale. Be aware that they are meant for experienced builders.

I'll keep my eye out for these.
