A fail with a car is always repairable.
A fail with a woman is always NOT.

Thanks everyone for the replies and stories. I wasn't sure how this thread would go but as far as I'm concerned, it went in the direction I had hoped.

Took the Lamborghini GT-R out many times, and the Diablo GT's out on numerous occasions.

When you make your next trip to Italy don't miss the Mille Miglia and Targa Florio events. Get yourself set up at a checkpoint. Your can see, feel, touch and talk to the greatest collection of cars and drivers of these cars about their driving experiences. just one man's opinion tongascrew

In June of 1984 I drove a 250 GTO from Greenwich, CT to a FCA event in New Canaan, CT. The car was loud and every pebble on the road that hit the fender wells sounded like I was in a 55 gallon drum with people throwing rocks at me.
My son, who was six months old at the time, slept for the whole ride! Great fun.

OMG look at those amazing cars I can only guess at the value of those, but even more so how awesome it must have been. I know our great late friend we miss, David Seibert, had a 206 SP. Did that happen to be his at some point? I sure miss him.
