Plane has trouble landing at airport near Atlanta

    The Associated Press - ATLANTA

The Federal Aviation Administration the small plane that is having trouble landing at Charlie Brown Airport in south Fulton County apparently is having some landing gear trouble.

F-A-A spokeswoman Laura Brown says the plane is a King Air plane that left Savannah. She says the pilot reports there's NO fuel emergency.

The plane left Savannah just before 10 a.m. today.

It's NOT immediately clear whether any other people are on board or whether the plane is just carrying cargo.

Televised reports show the plane circling the airport. The problems have been reported within the past hour.
