I am pretty sure that you are wrong. There are many cases of corporations enjoining the use of their trademarked symbols on prodcts that tey did not produce or authorize. For example, a New Jersey Mercedes dealer named his boat Mercedes and had the three-pointed star on the boat. Mercedes made him remove it. I would suggest contacting a Patent Attorney before proceeding. BTW, he COULD probably still use a picture of Enzo's mistresses' ass, as I doubt that Ferrari trademarked that symbol. Scottie
