I was hoping someone might have some advice, I have a 1975 308gt4 and recently my hazard as well as turn signal stopped flashing, when you put the hazard on it goes on and stays on(all 4 signals). When I use the turn signal the lights will come on in the right spot but don't flash, I have to manually flick them on and off to make them flash. I guessed it would be the flasher relay since the same thing was happening to both the hazard and turn signal lights and replaced it and it didn't solve the problem. Any one have any ideas or suggestions on what to look at next? Thanks, Adam

Is the flasher can the three pin type? Could be the earth to the can.

I had the same exact problem with my hazzard/turn signal. Mine was resolved by using some WD40 believe it or not; there is a thread here you can search that goes into detail on other fixes. As I recall, they were quite simple.

I should add, there is a relay for the flashers as well as a flasher can that you should hear clicking under the dash. This is the thing that I would be checking. They can fail in the on position just as you describe.

Actually moved some wires around and got it working. Thanks for your advice. Incidentally where under the dash is the flasher can. I didn't see that in there and would like to know just in case.
