Just thought I would pass this along to all of you. We are having a pre-event party this Friday 9/24. Contact me for location and time.

The Hazardous Run (10/9-10/16) will be open to select participants, featuring exotic, performance, classic or custom street legal automobiles and motorcycles. Participation will be limited to 100 official vehicles, as selected by the entrance committee. Automobiles are encouraged to have at least two occupants, one of which is recommended to be female. Current entrant vehicles include the Porsche 911 Turbo, Ferrari 456 GT, Aston Martin Vanquish, Qvale Mangusta, Aston Martin DB7, and Ferrari Testarossa.

The event will kick off Saturday afternoon with a Concours d’Elegance, followed that evening with a rock concert and VIP party featuring Ronnie James Dio at Chicago’s House of Blues. Along the way there will be first class Hyatt Hotels accommodations and nightly debauchery for participants in Kansas City, Denver, and Santa Ana Pueblo, NM, and grand events/concerts with entertainment partner House of Blues in Chicago and Las Vegas. The event concludes the following Saturday with a parade lap and party at Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca to coincide with the American Le Mans Road Racing Series (ALMS) Finale.

The Hazardous Run is a test of man and woman, machine, stamina, and potentially, liver function. There will be single stage goals and prizes given to participants. At each destination, a selected panel of industry judges will calculate the stage winners, based on a culmination of criteria. There will also be individual achievement awards, as well as a grand prize for the winner of the Hazardous Run, which will be presented at the ALMS finale.

The fee for each participating vehicle is $3,000. The participation fee includes first class hotel accommodations for two, breakfasts and nightly entertainment at each destination. Additional passengers are $1500 per person. At the opening ceremonies, the participants will receive a Hazardous Sports travel bag stuffed with complimentary road trip necessities. The goal of the Hazardous Run is to have fun and fraternize with people who share a passion for motoring and music, while raising awareness and contributions for charities.
