I am a big boy and you can throw any amount of jibes at me, I can take it. However the events of the last two weeks or so have truly beggared belief and have been mainly driven by a couple of individuals on here, one of whom I always referred to as a mate. This is the gods honest truth and the full story. Bit of background first for the readers who dont know me and Rob personally. We met via FC/CS sharing a love of Ferraris and a love of piss taking on the forums. We have become good mates, our wives get on well and our kids get on well. Perhaps the best example of using a (geeky) forum to make new mates. Rob has ALWAYS posted on Fchat since the infamous split, not a lot granted, but he made no bones about continuing to post. I set my stall out and said I would NEVER post on there again after the big split. A member from CS contacted me (I shall call him Mr X) to ask me to send a PM to Rob Lay at Fchat saying that I would start posting again if a certain mod was removed. I had a small axe to grind at the time with this mod, but thats irrelevant to this story. I did this, and RL responded asking if I would definitely post. I said I would but TBH I werent fussed either way. In the meantime the same CS member campaigned RL to get Rob Hudson installed as a moderator, which subsequently he was appointed on this persons recommendation. It wasnt until reading the moderators section some time later that I saw a thread relating to an agreement made between RL and Mr X, that if he got 20 people from CS posting back on Fchat a certain mod would be removed. Ill run that by you all again. A CS member, Mr X made an agreement with Fchat to recruit CS members back onto FChat not good is it?? At this point I still hadnt posted..... Until one Sat TonyH banned me for a day (quite rightly) for comments made to SteveW (for which I apologized to SteveW via PM). RL had PMed me that day asking if I was gonna post so I knew it would cause much discussion over here if I did post after being banned, so I did. Mr X then led the pizz taking with cries of sheep and kipper etc etc. I even received personal emails taking the pizz for following Rob even though it werent the case.Still not bovvered TBH.... As you all know I was then recommended for the mod job, and given the amount of stick I was taking anyways I thought feck it and took the job, initially for a laugh. So then, me and Hud are mods on Fchat, and after much discussion between us decided to give it a proper go in the face of numerous anti Hud/Hazy/Fchat threads which the mods on here kindly deleted. The pizz taking alone was not taking things far enough for some people though .. Rob Hudson had a young IT expert, (I shall refer to him as Pr1ck) who posts on Fchat and CS, do some work on his computers and servers, the guy works for ****** ***** installing systems or summat along those lines. He did some computer work for Rob, had total access to all of his computers and passwords and invoiced him for it. A pity then that he decided to link up with the Fchat recruitment officer Mr X and use his knowledge of Robs passwords and user names to illegally access PRIVATE forums and PRIVATE messages (the clue is in the title PRIVATE you fecking rrseholes ). These pair of clever dicks then cut and paste a segment of the private moderators forum from Fchat into an email and dispatched it to many of you on here. For those of you that still have the word doc, click File, Properties and Summary and you will see the name of the little pr1ck who created the document. He was subsequently banned by me permanently from Fchat for hacking Rob Hudsons account. MrX wont be far behind.... The jist of it, for those that do not know was that basically Rob wanted to create a forum workshop to create ideas to use on Fchat. He suggested creating a false one to give to the troublesome members to stop them hijacking the proper workshop, but it was agreed with RL not to go down that route.What a dreadful hienious crime Hudson committed...NOT. Now his intentions may have been a little misguided, and he acknowledges that his inclusion of SteveW in his post was wrong, but what he SUGGESTED was discussed in a PRIVATE forum and it was decided NOT to implement it. He caused no offence or embarrassment to anyone and he broke NO laws in relation to computer privacy. I know for a FACT that there is stuff in the CS mods section that they absolutely would not want made public, as there is on the Fchat site (I have read a good deal of the older stuff in Fchat mods section ) When it became clear that Pr1ck had hacked into his account, Rob was very unhappy and as a precaution had a specialist computer security company check his works computers and servers for any more signs of illegal activity by the person at a cost of many £££. They advised him that he had a case for identity theft, and with the invoices for work completed by Pr1ck and the word doc with his name on it and given that he works in IT, the consequences were that he would be prosecuted and very likely lose his job. I suggested very forcefully that Pr1ck and Mr X apologize to Rob and apologize for the trouble and money they had cost Rob. They would do neither. These pair of tits would rather a young kid lose his job than lose face on an internet forum. How sad is that???Threats have been made to me and Rob through a third party to back off or face being hounded into oblivion similar to the ex Fchat mod. I am really really glad I dont have mates like these pair of devious t**ts. Rob being the thoroughly decent bloke he is decided to leave it because he did not want any more trouble on CS and did not want this kid losing his job. Let me say right now, I would have happily contacted ***** ***** and if I get any lip off the pair of them I still may coz I am a c**t when I or a mate of mine is crossed. He is one very lucky boy not to be looking at a career flipping burgers in Maccy Ds. A couple of things have amazed me here.Firstly the willingness of you lot to flame a guy who over the last year has given a lot of his time up to add value to CS, sure he has took the pizz at times and done a few wind ups, but you lot have short memories. He has made the effort to attend many many meetings, helped arrange the first and only joint CS/FOC charity event, arranged the Wicksteed meet, arranged European Trips this year and next, raised and given money for charity. What value have Mr X and Pr1ck added?? Ill tell you shall I?? F**K ALL. And yet you lot seemed to see nothing wrong in the blatant disregard of a persons privacy in relation to Pms and open speech on private forums. Frankly Im disgusted. Secondly I have a lot of respect for the mods on here but the way that thread was allowed to continue was appalling and their acceptance of the clear cut hacking methods used to create trouble on this site is quite frankly pizz poor. Fair enough, it was hacking of another site, but rest assured Pr1ck and MrX will have hacked Robs account on CS too because he had the same password on both, as many of us do, are these the type of dishonest and corrupt people you want amongst you??? Hardly Ad. This whole arguement's about Rob's FChat account being hacked. Club Scud has nothing to do with the arguement save for fact that accused members here are also members there.

Hardly about floating anything. The situation remains that the CS members and Fchat members overlap. However, they are not exactly the same and this issue all started with PM's on this site about Fchat structure. As such, as a moderator of Fchat you can't seriously want to exclude Fchat members who are non CS members from knowing what is going on and the reason for bans/animosity between individuals. There is a big difference between politically correct language and condoning hacking activities. I haven't seen the evidence and so I cannot argue that it is or is not enough to prove guilt 100%/in court. Unil I see the evidence I cannot make up my own opinion and thus have no (politically correct) choice but to use similar language to tonyh.

I used to work for NCIS.....google it boys.....and seriosuly there is bigger problems afloat here!!! IT has criminal data protection laws, and if enforceable could put the hacker in alot of serious trouble with a jail sentence. On another note: I know thats a bit extreme but I think it's appalling that that it seems CS members are happy to "hole up" a proved (although not very clever) hacker. Thats like letting a robber into another bank just cos he's barred from a previous bank, but hey it's ok cos he's not robbed it yet!! Tone are you prepared to wait until your site has been hacked by the "said" person.
paul, i'm not supposed to be posting here remember ?! Just to be clear, i'm not condoning hacking and never have. CS is not my site and i do not control it. Bit off that the "secret forum" members are having a pop at me over this I've spoken to most of you on the phone and you know how i feel ... The thread's served it's purpose here and there so i'm not saying anymore.It's down to Rob how he takes things forward.
Paul. That's a low blow indeed mate. Tony has been the one taking the flack here and on CS for the last few days... but rest assured, the mods and committee have discussed all matters relating to this situation and nothing he's said is in conflict with other views. I include in the "situation" our responsibilities as managers (if you like) of another, non-joined Ferrari forum that was not party to aiding and abetting any nefarious actions by others outside our control. It would appear that most parties have had their say now... and thankfully everyone is calming down now. Rob's even back to telling everyone about this week's new F-car he's buying..... so all seems normal... For the sake of this place and Club Scuderia.... could we leave it be, and let the two sides have their spat outside both forums? Kind Regards. Richard
It's seems that it would be difficult to prove "beyond reasonable doubt" that Steve F was an accessory to any identity theift crime on this board or anywhere else... HOWEVER, he seems to threaten blackmail in his post above referring to possessing certain private documents. These threats should not be taken lightly these days; there was a news article a few weeks ago here in England where one guy tracked another guy down and gave him a beating for comments made on a forum! Threatening behaviour should be nipped-in-the-bud, but more importantly, an example should be set that this behaviour is unacceptable -- otherwise where it will all end? Final point: to anybody that tries to suggest "these comments were posted on another website so it doesn't count" I would counter that may well have been true, but it's too late now they're on F-Chat for all to see.

Sorry Tone, but CS belongs to all of you, I didn't mean singulary you owned it, and if it was so cleeky I might not have left, horrible to feel ganged up on isn't it!!! Anyway bit dissappointed that you and Richard think so low of me as it was never that way for me, but you've said your piece and I now where I stand. I will not be posting any further on this subject or this thread!
But I bet you have bought music performed by someone who has done drugs. How did you justify that - the artist did something illegal but hey, they didn't do it in my house and until they do it in my house I will continue to buy their music. We can all come up with analogies but the simple case at the moment is that CS, like other forums do not ban users for offences on other forums. Maybe rules should be changed but given how the whole thing has got so heated today shows why knee jerk reactions aren't the best way forward. That could take place and I for one would be pro but it will need inter-site co-operation by site mods. Hopefully, a set of guidelines will come out of those efforts as to how the two sites can help each other out. But that has happened yet and so the whole matter kicked off on CS - I for one was disappointed the thread was even started on CS. I don't buy the defence that because the evidence of the crime appeared there first means the defendants need to justify their position there. My view is that the crime was done on Fchat PM's against Fchat mods - the discussion and statements of fact should therefore be on Fchat as well. However if anyting is to be learnt from how heated things got today it should that more sense comes from longer consideration rather than knee jerk posts or decisions.
