    Anybody had any experience with them? My 360 has a cracked windshield from a stone...

    I was going to call it in until I searched here and heard of $6K replacement costs and so on.

    With Heacock I have a $25 - 'waiver of glass deductible' in the policy so I assume it's all covered but are there any ways to approach the discussion with them?
