    The motor was badly coroded had to make a puller to get the heads off.I must now replace the head studs but don't seem to be able budge them I have removed the liners and warmed up the block no luck .Any ideas

    Do they have to come out for any reason? Generally they arent replaced or removed unless the threads get bunged up. Just clean up the block surface carefully and clean well around the studs and leave it alone. There is to high a risk of snapping them off in the block.
