    Mate, i have naked and un coated stainless headers on my 355. I have put over 2k miles on in the last few months some of which were very hot days. I have noticed hardly and increase in engine bay temperatures.
    When i fitted them i went over the top with heat wrap for what i thought were going to be vulnerable items in the engine bay. I now know this was unnecessary, the heat is manageable on my car. Just saying.
