I need a set of used headers for my '77 Euro 308 ASAP. If you have a set or know anyone that can help me out, please send me an email to [email protected].

    Thanx, Pete

Uh oh, did they crack, bro?

My front I bought used from Ferrari of Atlanta, $200.

The rear used was from GT Car parts, IIRC, $750.

There's someone in England does repros in stainless, I think I'd investigate that, IMO.

Bad distributor advance WILL blow 'em up!

Too little, the advance "freezes" in the lower revs when the grease gets old.

My problem was aggravated by a bad MSD installation. they used a 20A circuit breaker relay for both units. The thing would trip off, letting the headers charge up with fuel, then back on would light off like a pipe bomb!

Impressive, but embarressing! We fixed the problems, but too late. My headers blew apart later, and caught lots of stuff on fire!

We hit the trash can with the MSD stuff. It might have worked if installed correctly.
