Headlamp pod lifting motor.....

.......for a 355/348 but also testarossa/mondial and 328....anyone replaced the diode(s)..not sure if there is 1 or 2 on each motor placed on the outside of the headlamp lifting motors' casing underneath the rubberised protective paint stuff.

My RH 355 motor is being a real pain.
Pod lifts up perfect...does not retract.

I have had the motor apart to see if the metal interior circular disc is corroded but it is in pristine condition.

Maybe the diode(s)?

Anyone agree that replacing the diodes will cure the problem?
