Headlight converters for 355

I am planning a trip to Germany and Italy in a couple of weeks in my UK spec (RHD) 355, so I believe I need to get converters to correct the dipped beams for driving on the wrong side of the road.

There's nothing about this in the handbook though - do Ferrari or someone else make suitable converters? I'd prefer the refractive type, as I expect these will perform better than the stickers that just blank off part of the beam.
