I want to swap my inner amber to clear on the F430. What process did you do for the softening and removal of the clear top?

Nice, but looks like you're only just past half way. Interested in seeing them back on the car.

@360chrisT - What method did you use to get the lens off the headlight body?

Put unit in the oven at 125ºC (using accurate thermometer not oven dial) for about 20 mins then used various scrapers and pry tools and scalpel, when it comes out oven the seal starts to give fairly easy but it cools down quickly so kept putting it back in oven and took my time as breaking a lens is $$$$$$$, wasn't too bad, now for a clean, polish and reassemble.

That is the top end, it varies between 110-125max with opening door ect, but that is the sort of temp others have used doing the job and it worked well for me plus its not as hot as it seems as air is a very poor conductor.
