Finally tried this tonight based on Jason's recommendation: Liquid Egg whites, peppers, chives and jalapenos.....took exactly 30 minutes at 350 F. Me thinks about 15 grams of protein per serving and a minor amount of carbs. So about 2 - 3 with some white rice makes a great dinner or after workout meal, specifically if you are looking to keep your carb intake relatively low. Thanks Jason - great idea bro.

Those look great Lukas! Way better than mine!!!

Glad I provided some inspiration. They really do taste like mini omelets.

I binged tonight, had a solid leg workout and then ruined by going to Buffalo wild wings.

No worries my friend - the best "guy recipe" is still: Tell the wife or waitress what you would like ;-)

Haha! No wife or gf right now, so the waitress it is!:)

I should add another simple egg recipe. I was watching "The Kitchen" on the food network a few weeks ago and one of the girls boiled eggs in the oven.

Same idea as the egg whites. Place the eggs in the muffin tins and bake exactly the same. Boiled eggs are probably my favorite.

I will say I started steaming my eggs a few times and found they came out better than boiling. On the eggs I kept the yolks, the yolks were much creamier.

Take it from me, that line will not work on most wives. ;)

You ever try poaching/boiling eggs in the microwave? They come out nice and airy. If you do it right. If not, you're cleaning up a big mess...T

I bought the white and black bean versions. Only had the white bean so far, but taste pretty much like pinto. I'm really enjoying these more than regular chips. I actually made nachos out of them and they were great.
