Does anyone know if there is an alternative part for the left and right heater fan motors that will work on the Dino 246 GT? By an alternative I mean a later model Ferrari fan motor if original or re-original fan motors are not available.

The 308 motors were virtually identical to the 246 motors except the manufacturer changed from "Smiths" to "SPAL". Keep in mind the later 308's (1980-1985) used two speed motors, but the single speed motors used on the carb 308's (60091600 R/H, and 60091709 L/H) should work perfectly. FYI, the "squirrel cage" fan blades are white on the L/H motor and black on the R/H motor.
I have a NIB pair available of the single speed fans if you're interested. 800-631-5589 ext.13. Brian

I thought the fan on a Dino were LUCAS. Am I wrong? Or is it only the radiator fan motors that are LUCAS?
