When selecting the fan speed, is position I high, or position II? My passenger side fan isn't working. Driver's side works, but blows harder on I than on II. I would have thought that position II would be high, so I wanted to ask before I dig into the fan problem.
On my 84 US it says 0=off, I=low, and II=high. You might have your high and low wire switched or reverse.
