    A/C blows cold and with a good amount of air flow.

    the heater is working but only about half the amount of flow as the A/C

    what is causing this?? Just started doing this.

    There is an extensive, but rather technical description of the aircon system in the Workshop Manual. Fan speed and air direction is dependent on user settings and the temperature detected by various sensors inside and outside the car.

    Was this during the warm-up phase? Was the outside temperature below 15C/59F?

    Was the air being diverted to the windscreen rather than in your face?

    I believe TTV (treated temperature) is the temperature in the ducts, so closer to the source of heat. The cabin doesn't have to reach 35C (95F) before the system starts the normal phase.
