Heli-skiing/snowboarding in the USA?

I'm planning a ski/boarding trip in a couple weeks and wanted to include a helicopter tour as part of my trip. the only places I know that do heli trips are in whistler canada, my buddy doesn't have a passport so Canada is out.....so I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place in WY/CO/UT/ID that is good for snowboarding that also has heli tours? and/or any place that has easily accessible back country that is good for snowboarding. thanks.

 

While not any of the states you mentioned if you guys are good riders with strong legs you can't beat Alaska, if you are up for it you will experience the most amazing rides of your life.

Valdez is the place and there are a few companys operating, it all depends on your budget. Try http://www.arlinc.com/ they also do tours in Wyoming.

If you have never been to Alaska............you have got to go! Flights are pretty easy from the west coast.
